Something not working, or a question about your training? We're a small team and we read every message.
Synapse stores your history locally on your device. There is no account system in this version, so training history does not transfer between devices or restore from a backup to a new phone.
If you reinstalled the App or got a new device and your subscription isn't recognised, open Settings in the App and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple account for an active subscription.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, message us and we'll help where we can.
It's an estimate produced from your performance on the in-app dual n-back test, shown on a 75–145 scale. It can move up or down with your results — it's a number to train against, not a clinical IQ score.
Open Settings in the App and toggle analytics off. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect.
Try closing and reopening the App, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If it keeps happening, contact us with your iPhone model and iOS version so we can reproduce it.
Because everything is stored on your device, deleting the App removes all of your training data. We don't hold a copy to delete on our side.
